Quotes and acceptance
Quotes are based on the property, access, condition and services described or visible when assessed. A service agreement begins when you accept the quote and we confirm the work or regular schedule.
If the property, access or requested work differs materially from what was quoted, we will discuss any change in price before carrying out additional work.
Access and customer responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.
- Unlock gates and secure pets before the agreed visit.
- Tell us about fragile items, damaged fittings, unusual surfaces or known hazards.
- Keep suitable parking or access available where reasonably possible.
Cleaning results and guarantees
We use reasonable care and professional methods. Existing scratches, failed glazing, mineral staining, paint, cement, silicone, damaged seals or defects may not be removable through a standard clean.
If something is not right, please tell us within 48 hours and give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect and reclean any affected windows.
Scheduling and weather
Visit dates and arrival windows are estimates because routes, access, weather and safety can affect timing. We will communicate material changes. Light rain does not necessarily prevent pure-water cleaning, but unsafe or unsuitable conditions may require rescheduling.
Prices and payment
The agreed quote will state the price and included services. Payment method and timing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional work will not be charged without agreement.
Regular services
Regular-round services continue at the agreed interval until ended by either party. Occasional route adjustments may be necessary. Repeated access problems, non-payment, unsafe conditions or unreasonable conduct may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Cherry is not responsible for pre-existing defects, normal wear, issues caused by inaccurate information, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Consumer rights
These terms do not reduce your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. English law governs these terms.
