Rearranging a visit

Please contact us as soon as you know a scheduled visit will not be possible. We will try to offer an alternative, although the next available date may depend on when our route returns to your area.

Access problems

If we cannot complete all or part of a visit because a gate is locked, access is blocked, pets are not secured or another preventable issue exists, we may complete the accessible work and charge the agreed amount where our time and route slot have already been committed. We will always act reasonably and explain what happened.

Skipping regular cleans

Regular routes and prices are based on the agreed frequency. Occasional skips may be possible with reasonable notice. Repeated skips can affect the service price or availability because longer gaps often require more time on the next clean.

Ending a regular service

You can ask to end future regular visits by contacting us. Please give reasonable notice before the next scheduled visit. Any completed work or amount already due remains payable.

If Cherry needs to rearrange

Weather, safety, vehicle issues or unexpected route disruption can sometimes require a change. We will let you know and arrange the next suitable visit. You will not be charged for work that was not completed.

Consumer cancellation rights

Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to a service booked at a distance or away from business premises, we will respect that right. If you expressly ask us to begin within the cooling-off period, you may be responsible for work properly completed before cancellation, as permitted by law.
