The Cherry Neighbour Discount
The Cherry Neighbour Discount is a private benefit reserved for our regular customers. Once you join Cherry, you can share your Golden Tickets with selected nearby neighbours. When they join, both homes save £3 for life on every regular clean going forward—not just the first clean.
How it works
Share one of your Cherry Golden Tickets with a nearby neighbour. Once they join our qualifying six-weekly round, complete and pay for their first clean, we verify the connection and apply £3 off every future regular exterior window clean for both households. It is a discount for life while both homes remain active qualifying customers.
- One active qualifying referral: £3 off each regular clean
- Two active qualifying referrals: £6 off each regular clean
- Discounts can build up to the full value of your regular exterior window clean
Who qualifies?
- Both homes must be close enough to fit the same efficient local round
- Both customers must remain active on qualifying regular exterior window cleaning
- The referred customer must complete and pay for their first clean
- Cherry must be able to verify who made the referral
Programme rules
- The benefit is a fixed £3 reduction for each active qualifying referral
- It applies only to regular exterior window cleaning
- It cannot reduce a charge below £0 and has no cash value
- It does not apply to gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning, interior cleaning or other services
- Standard service prices may change over time
